What is Assamm? Good question! Thailands unique location as a bridge for centuries of migration between Asia and South-East Asia has allowed Thai cuisine to emerge as a rich melting pot of Asian flavours and aromas from, for example, Malaysia and Indonesia in the South, and from China, Vietnam, India and Myanmar in the North. Although it is true that pure Thai cuisine has already adopted an enormous range of flavours and aromas from its neighbours, these represent only a small fraction of the amazing possibilities available in pan-Asian cuisine. So, it wasnt hard to imagine that a Thai restaurant serving a wider than normal variety of Asian styles might be a fun adventure for our customers, and also be a true reflection of the food experience in Thailand.Details
