This place is tapas bar, however, I came for a coffee and I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was a full bodied great coffee with dark chocolate taste to it. The milk was made to perfection, great texture.
My partner and I came across this place for lunch, ordered Grilled King Prawns, and they looked and tasted like they just came out from frozen packets. Agreed with Eric T, terrible and overpriced food.
Very disappointed with the dining experience. The wait staff were to busy paying attention to what is happening on the streets that attending to the patrons. The food was terrible and overpriced. Questionable on the freshness of the produce.
Stopped in for a bite. Ordered the pumpkin/beetroot dish. It was very good. Also had the red sangria and enjoyed that as well. The décor was very nice and service was good. I actually left a bag behind and they saved it for me.
Tapas at Barrafina were on the expensive side, as you would pay for a main but with tapas portion. Food was very good although I thought the sauces a bit overpowering. The service was also good for a busy night and our waitress congenial.
