A letter to the owner- a Melbournian fresh off the plane was hoping to find an amazing coffee with you. You have an fantastic set up: organic coffee, top of the line machine, top choice milk, location and decor. But you lack skill, a polished coffee prep area, finesse and a standardised way of preparing consistently good coffee. You were friendly and I appreciate that. I know you guys will be awesome soon. 3 stars for the future.
