I always go here for really good wraps and salads. I really recommend the Portuguese chicken and the chicken burrito wrap. This place gets quiet crowded at lunch but so does the rest of the MLC centre
Had an afternoon caffeine pang and ordered a Mocha using Hey You. Located in MLC Centre food court, they were pretty efficient with my order. They were friendly. I enjoyed my Di Stefano blend of coffee.
Ordered a large variety of salads here but the wraps/paninis/rolls look amazing, would definitely come back to try these. Salads taste fresh and flavourful, my fav was the chicken schnitzel cous cous. Good place to lunch in the MLC if youre ever around Martin Place during the week.
My go to sanga spot when I’m working. They are fast, they are friendly and they have so many choices! My fave is the Turkish with pesto chicken, provolone cheese, tomato, rocket and some kind of creamy dressing. Toasted its perfection. The servings are really big too so it always leaves you full!
In the middle of the Martin Place food court is Deli Zioza, a store selling sandwiches that you can select options to make your own. There are also heaps of pre made choices, on various types of bread; flatbread, bagels, focaccia, baguettes etc. The varieties are huge: chicken schnitzel, roast beef, vegetarian, ham, turkey, tuna and more. My brother got the chicken a schnitzel on focaccia with tomato and cheese. It was very fresh and he liked it. I got the flatbread with roast beef and rocket and camembert which was a generous serving. They also do a good coffee. I don’t have a great deal of photos but it was a good place as far as food courts go and the staff were effectively dealing with the huge crowds. aroundtheclockfoodie.com
