This is one of the healthier fast food options on Level 5 in Westfield Sydney. I had the salmon poke bowl which was okay. It was a bit expensive for the portion size and could do with more salmon. Staff were lovely though!
Really love the poke bowls here! All the ingredients are so fresh, and the and sword fish are sustainable. My favourite is the big katuna, and I also enjoyed the sword and tropical salmon. The bowls are delicious and tasty, and so healthy!
Coconut Poké bowl from throws me into a holiday mood with a twist of tropical sense, and they are yum! Definitely will go back to check more varieties here! Ideal for a light and quick weekday lunch!
Unfortunately what started out seeming like a positive eating experience- headed south at an unprecedented rate after collecting our bowls. Ordered 2 servings of Tropical salmon one small and one regular with double protein logically thinking that this would be a slightly larger scale of the small with added meat- I was very wrong. The buzzer alarmed and we collected and proceeded to dive in. Upon brushing aside the greenery I was shocked to find the protein serving equated to roughly 1 and a half heaped tablespoons and the extra chicken we paid an extra $5.00 for was also equivalent to a heaped tablespoon. Spooning aside this small congregation of protein in hope to find more underlying i was again shocked to discover that what I had paid $19.00 for was pretty much a bowl of wild and brown rice with a fingerful of salad leaves and a table spoon of diced pineapple pieces mixed in. I have never ingest a meal in such an angry state- thinking this was a massive scam! This dish tasted horrible, there was no evidence of an attempt to balance the ingredients – was as if it was prepared by someone that were visually or taste impaired. Won’t go into more detail but the bowl of rice was literally garnished with about 3 green chilies sliced along with an tart avocado sauce. Was so spicy it gave me heartburn then diarrhea after only having half the bowl. Hope this review will serve to warn other unsuspecting patrons of this poorly prepared dish.
Stumbled upon this while I was on the hunt for a healthy option for dinner. Ordered the steak bowl with the soba noodles base. It was surprisingly good and filling. The smaller cuts of steak were also tender. It is a bit pricey at 16.95 but is probably the most I was willing to pay anyways. I wish there was more noodles to soak up the remainder of the sauce/juice as it got a bit salty towards the end. Otherwise, I’ld love to come back and give the other bowls a try.
Adding Hawaiian to my repertoire of cuisines I have tasted with the poké bowls from Finn Poké.Fresh, vibrant and tasty bowls, I loved both the Salmon Finn and Sword Bowls equally. What’s more is that the seafood here is sustainably and ethically sourced which is awesome! The Shroom Noodle Soup is a new winter addition to the menu and will definitely warm you up. The mushrooms are surprisingly sweet and tangy while the broth itself takes on some of that tanginess but is also quite peppery. Pineapple and Mint drink was refreshing, perfect with the poké bowls. If you’d like to read more of my reviews, please check out my zomato page and visit @cynthiaeats_ on Instagram for more photos! My thanks to Finn Poké and Sweaty Betty PR for the invite.
