Park Street Bar – we stumbled upon this place by accident while looking for a lunch spot having just flown in from Melbourne. What a terrific find! Cheap and tasty meals. I had the parma with mash & vegies ($14) Seasoned well and the veggies were cooked perfectly – still with some bite rather than mushy. Hubby had the beef burger which came with a side of chips ($10). Good portions, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff we were very happy. It’s a very small space but was not overly busy. We were very pleased to find this gem rather than battle the sometimes over priced and underwhelming restaurants closer to tourist hot spots. Do yourself a favour and have a meal washed down with a skooner of beer.

There isnt much room for dining but the meals ordered from the bar were quick tasty and a good deal for the cheap price. The $12 chips and schnitzel cant be argued with but the steak was a bad cut and had wayyyy too much fat on it.
