We opened in 1984 making us one of the first Indian restaurant that Australia had ever seen. Back then, we werent afraid to offer something that was entirely unmatched on the market. Today were doing the same thing. Following in the family tradition spanning more than 100 years, Varun Gujral has crafted a menu designed to reinvent modern Indian cuisine and reflect the creativity of modern Indian chefs.
