Came here to grab a takeaway dish and I ordered chicken katsu bento. Portionwise it wasnt that large and a bit too much rice compared to the chicken. The chicken was crispy and the overall dish was decent.Service was quick and efficient.
I tried their chicken curry and it was utterly bad. the chicken was not cooked fully and was in a lumpy coating. the curry was okay but overall very bad experience. I would rather pay some extra $$ for better quality food.
Good place for quick sushi lunch, rolls are about $3.50 each and plenty of seating if u get here early. Service is quick and efficient and the sushi rolls itself were delicious.
I used MealPal to order lunch from Mura and got a plain udon and chicken roll. Located on Clarence st, Mura is a small takeaway join with a few seats. The udon was basic but good quality and what I liked about the chicken sushi was that the chicken went all the way through not just the top.
Pretty good, fulfills that Japanese fix and is a really good price for it too. Mura is really close to my work and they’re really quick and friendly for service. They have eftpos which is a step up from some other Japanese places within the area. You can order through the hey you app as well but honestly they don’t take that long anyway. Personally, the sushi rolls have an exceptional ratio of rice to filling. eatventures.net
My colleagues had ranted about this place for lunch. I finally made my move and got a teriyaki chicken bibimbap. I am usually not a fan of bibimbap because every one ive had a korean restaurants had been ridiculously dry and non flavoursome. I am a lover of authentic food, but i put flavour before authenticity. And mura nailed their takeaway bibimbap at $11 per bowl – a little pricier but i think its worth it? A generous amount of teriyaki chicken and various vegies. This place is a gem if you work in sydney cbd. I am going back to try everything on the menu for lunch! so far its a 5/5. Ill edit this review as i go. theweekendfoodieeats.blogspot.com
