This review is for both the Oyster bar and Asian Bar. Both excellent lunch spots. I have previously been to the oyster bar and it was lovely with beautiful fresh oysters as you like with a lovely champagne to match. Yesterday I had a seafood laksa at the Asian bar. Laksa was lovely full of seafood and all the ingredients expected in a beautiful laksa. Staff were lovely and the wine list was good for a lunch time menu.
I love the David Jones food hall as there really is something for everyone. The oyster bar is a great spot to enjoy with or without company a glass of wine and half a dozen lovely little oysters served up in your favourite way.We enjoyed oysters kilpatrick, duck dumplings and prawns. Service is friendly and prices are reasonable.
