Pho Ha Noi is a local lunch favourite and if you time it for when their crispy fried chicken just comes out, it can be great! I had the fried chicken, pork belly and fried fish with rice. A really satisfying filling meal for $8! It can be quite inconsistent though because there are times the food sits a bit too long and dries out. A 3.5 star rating so rounding up gives 4 stars.
