Thai Smile is a bit of a lunch time favourite for me. Its tucked away in a corner of that amazing food court at the Hunter Connection and what I like is that they have their own seating and you help yourself to soup and water. My go to dish is the whole fried fish and I generally go for the pineapple sweet and sour. The fish was really well fried – crispy but not overdone. The pineapple though, was completely missing in action yesterday! They must have run out Also, sauce a bit too sweet yesterday. Still, a very satisfying meal overall!
