Great value-for-money pearl tea. The tea selection is great and I never fail to find something new to try. My fave so far is the Osmanthus oolong tea. Their 2 large teas for $6-8 offer is why I keep coming back again and again. Where else can you get good tea for that price?

2 for 1 deals always sounds great, but it’s always the fine print that gets you. Here the the 2 for 1 is for the base drink with no add in’s, which were mostly inflated prices to start with. Still $7.80 for 2 drinks is not too bad, about the same as 2 regular coffees. Got a pearl black milk tea & the brown sugar pearl milk tea, the pearls were very chewy like it wasn’t cooked through, the base drink were too milky for me, can’t taste much tea flavours.

Buy one get one free they say, 10.14 sells affordable milk tea in front of townhall station. They have various types of milk tea but Taro milk tea is my go to after a long day’s work. For what you get it’s pretty cheap. Would recommend for late night drink.

Great place for bubble tea as they have a buy one get one free offer currently which makes the bubble tea very cheap. Lots of options and plenty of toppings to choose from.
