Stopped into this quant cafe for a filling breakfast before climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I opted for the Aai bowl, topped with granola, seasonal fruits and a side of peanut butter (because yum!). The smoothie part itself was quite nice, the fruit fresh and the peanut butter delicious of course. The granola was in fact more of a muesli which I believe had oats in it (not always suitable for coeliacs). As it read on the menu that the dish was in fact gluten free, not even gluten free optional, I did not expect to come home from my bridge climb to crippling stomach pains which resulted in my rolling up into a ball on the couch of our hotel room accommodation and having to try sleep it off before we went to dinner. Very disappointing and would not recommend to strict gluten free diets due to unreliability. My partner had the big breakfast.

This cafe is right across from our hotel so we decided to have breakfast here this morning. The service was really friendly and I loved how fast our beverages and food came out! The coffee was perfect and I could not fault it. The omelette was delicious and tasted so good with mushroom, spinach and chorizo. The big breakfast was in fact really big and had a mixture of everything. My partner loved it and said everything was terrific. The menu had plenty of options and there was a specials board outside too. The prices were good and you get value for your money as the portions are big. Would recommend this cafe and would return.
