Budget friendly place, especially for lunch. A colleague pointed out the place and we tried their pork along with crackling and chicken too. Although the pork roast tasted good, it was on the saltier side, probably because of crackling. Also, the portions were huge, if not for lettuce and tomato, I wouldnt have been able to finish half of it. More suitable for people who like meat more than whole sandwich or a wrap. One time, the chicken wasnt really moist and was quite over cooked. Id be happy to try again as it has been quite some time since I last checked out the place. With the options and the fast paced service that they provide, it would be a good option to try for a busy days lunch.
I regularly visit this place for lunch. I like that you can decide what you want to put in your sandwich and the prices are reasonable. However, my favourite is the roast pork sandwich ($6.50) or roll ($7.50). They used to be the best. Last time, I had a lot of fat in my roast pork sandwich so I stayed away for a while but today, I decided, was the day to give it another go. My roask pork sandwich today was yum with tender pork and I didn’t get any fat which I was happy about. Generous portion of pork as well. I do have two complaints however; I wasn’t given any crackling and it was a little bit too salty. I will however return because where else would I pay so little for so much?
