Avoid at all costs if you expect kind, decent service, or have any kind of mobility restrictions. I wish to make a complaint in regards to the disrespectful and outrageous behaviour by the owner of the Bar Espresso today at 2:00pm. I was out with my parents, one of whom is blind, and walks with a cane. We had just purchased a few milkshakes from the donut king store, and my hands were full, and I noticed that there was a spare table that was easily accessible for my father to navigate to. As I was guiding my father towards the table, the rest of my hands full, the manager comes towards me and tells me that we couldnt sit down because it was a private table, purely for the patrons of his cafe. Usually I would be completely understanding, however when I explained that my father was blind, he told me that there was public seating available elsewhere. None of these were easy to access. To be quite frank with you I said **** *** to him because I have never met anyone with such disregard for those with a disability before. He responded with **** *** and my father and I were forced to stand around while waiting for my mother. In the short time we were waiting outside Susans, I had two individual strangers walk up to me offering me support and comfort saying how disgusting his behaviour was. One of the women told me a story about how after a surgery procedure where she had a portion of her tongue removed, she requested to use a spoon from the espresso bar which one of the staff gave to her – the owner came and took it off her. She now refuses to buy anything from there after such an uncaring, ungracious display. The second woman who came past told me that she thought his behaviour was appalling and disrespectful. I am leaving this review because patrons deserve to know the kind of treatment they will receive, and judging by some of the previous reviews I doubt we were the first, nor will we be the last this man abuses or mistreats.

I asked the young man what days he worked and he informed me he is there from mon-sat. Great attitude and Great coffee.

Disgusting customer service. Worst customer service I’ve ever recieved ! Coffee was rubbish and the attitude from the workers was horrible! Surprised there still open !
The coffee is amazing, made to perfection, the waiters/waitresses and baristas are welcoming and their good is delicious and cheap!
Manager clearly not very smart.. After buying muffins from bar Espresso we also bought donuts from Donut King and a coffee. Believe it or not the Manager then made a scene about the fact we were sat in his Cafe area and hadn’t bought all our coffees from him. When I spoke to him he was rude and belligerent saying he sells coffee too. Our family of five then moved chairs and two other patrons then came and said what ridiculous behaviour from the Manager. No need to patronage an average establishment with below average management.
Only if the owners knew how the young girls act when they are not there.. On their phone, picking their nails while serving customers, unfriendly service. The coffee was average.. But the experience was terrible.
