Wow what a great place to find. I was taken there by my friends and we were well looked after. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly. We started with a hot and sour soup I think it was which had great taste. My favourite was one of the recommended dishes called rusty nails. I have had something similar in England called orange beef. Every dish was tasty and I would recommend you to go there if you like great Chinese food. I understand that the ownership changed in the last year which could explain the new menu and more people enjoying the food

I, and five Chinese family and friends, were lucky enough to be at Sing Hing on a quiet Sunday evening. Lucky, because being quiet I couldn’t fault the service given to us. Lucky because the food was wonderful without a doubt. Having married into a Chinese family I get to eat Chinese all the time of course. I wondered if the food was so good because it may have been tailored to western tastes but no my family all said it was indeed that good to them too. Now that’s a pretty good compliment because they can be quite picky when it comes to eating out for Chinese.The chicken with honey glazed walnuts, the fillet steak with honey and pepper and the chicken avocado were all standouts.I notice that this is only the second review in the last 2 and a bit years……and both these reviewers are happy, so maybe things have changed after a couple of poor reviews back in 2014.Highly recommended!
