With this type of franchise you would expect consistency, that is slick service and hot tasty meals, unfortunately this was not the case here. Admittedly our party of four was a walk up with out a booking but service was disjointed and very slow so there was no excuse for a meal that was far from hot. Parts of the grilled chicken was so cold it could not possibly have come off a grill any time within the previous hour and the brie cheese has melted so long ago that it bore zero resemblance to the menu picture. Garlic bread was forgotten until mains were delivered and wait staff were reminded. Table water was also forgotten. May be prepared to give it another go but in this business with Franknfoodie 2 strikes and you are out.
