  Good foodThis was a surprising find for us in Taree. The tonkotsu miso ramen was very good – chewy al dente noodles, rich pork bone broth and perfectly cooked egg. The Korean spicy sizzling pork dish was quite nice too (although not spicy enough for me). We had eaten afternoon tea so the portions were just right for us. If you are hungry you’ll probably need to order an entree. The service was super fast and the staff were really friendly.

  Delicious authentic food, made by friendly staff! Really enjoyed my steamed pork belly and the grilled salmon nigiri. The cookies n cream thickshake was the best I’ve ever had.

  Wow what a surprise to find a nice Japanese/Korean restaurant in the centre of Taree in amongst the country pub, hearty cafes & westernise Chinese & Thai places. It was pretty popular too for Sat night dinner. Not packed out, but certainly busy. Still full from lunch, so ordered light, a pork belly bao & a soft shell crab salad. Both are nicely presented. The bao dough was soft & fluffy, the sauce & fillings were delicious, spicy mayo with kick, soft & moist meat, could do with a little more of the fillings. The soft shell crab salad came with avocado, seaweed & ginger. All elements were nicely done, minor flaw with few black bits from avocado. Overall a high recommended & great deviation from what Taree has to offer.
