Havd been here couple months ago and just remember to write a feedback when I saw the photo. Both dishes are tasty especially the salmon one. Taste pretty good and unique. The view is good where you can see the sea just in front of the cafe.Forgot the price but I will go there again if I am nearby.
New management have changed this from a travel destination restaurant of high standard, to boring cafe with a menu shorter than the wine list???And the lower patronage is indicative of this.I hope the new owners react quickly to save the Swimmer’s reputation before word spreads
Great food and service here. We had the lamb to share which was cooked perfectly and an amazing chocolate brownie deconstructed desert. The service was great and a lovely atmosphere, lovely place for a long lunch.
Stumbled across Blue Swimmer when looking for a breakfast place. I am so glad we did. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. House cured ocean trout with potato, spinach & lemon hollondaise, $17. My partner had poached eggs with green lentils, avocado, tomato, herbs & almond cream, $15ish. Awesome food & really good value.
We stayed in Kangaroo Valley for a weekend and our host recommended taking a 15 minute detour to have lunch here. It was totally worth it. We got takeaway which was great – even a delicious potato scallop burger with guacamole as the vego option. The dine in menu looked fantastic too.
