Great tasting food, coffee nice, service fantastic and friendly. Only downside very expensive for what it is. Equivalent food in Sydney is not quite as pricey and there I’m paying for the views.Apart from cost which seems to be everywhere around here, very nice place!!
Lovely spot for breakfast. Minnamurra Cafe is in a distinctive red building with a chilled beachy vibe and comfortable furnishings. We stopped in for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our eggs florentine and big breakfast. The meal was perfectly prepared, and staff were polite and friendly. After some disappointing dining experiences in the area we were very happy to find this place and finally have a decent feed!
Local. Hi,I read the review from the disappointed visitors and felt compelled to write about my experiences at this cafe. I probably visit this cafe once a week at the very least. The food is without a doubt the best in Kiama and Minnamurra. All of the food is home made and has that edge that distinguishes it from the ordinary. The staff are lovely all the time!! I know several people who agree with me. It is the preferred venue for many, many locals in a town over flowing with cafes. Please keep up the great food and service Lee, and please be assured that the disappointed customer is a one off!
Hi Andrew, This is Lee the owner of Minnamurra Cafe and I would like to offer my apologies for the bad service you received. Your order was not passed on to the cooks and was overlooked. When my staff discovered the omission I quickly prepared your order and in my haste left off the ham on your partners sandwich. I do not believe that I was rude, indeed when you decided to walk out without eating your food or paying for the drinks which you had consumed, I was a bit nonplussed. When we make an error ( which does not occur very often) we always make an adjustment to the bill at the time of payment, however we were not able to do this for you as you left. Once again I would like to say how sorry I am for your disappointing experience.
