Favourite place to eat on the south coast! Friendly staff and tasty fair priced food. Favourites are the organic coffee (Sourced from well regarded hyper hyper in Nowra) and the garlic mushrooms on turkish bread. Easy Parking right in the centre of Gerringong

$8 for a fresh juice…..are you kidding me???? Luckily the food was good. We had the bean burrito and nachos. Big servings and good taste. Good service and great cosy spot. Re-think the juice price people!

Not everyday you hit a Veggie/Vegan cafe, unless you’re in Gerringong. Pleasant serve of garlic mushies with sourdough. Certainly no exceptional but by no mean disappointing. Nice service and fair brew

Cool Vegie Cafe. Perfect Break is located within the Natural Necessity Surf Shop. The counter is at street level and there are tables in a long, thin room, additional seating upstairs and also out the front, by the road. The food and beverages are good quality and reasonably priced (though not cheap at an average $12-13). My only real gripe, and it’s really more of a suggestion, was that the sweet chilli sauce on the mexican-style dishes (nachos and burrito) was kind of inappropriate. Both dishes were lovely but the bottle sauce didn’t do them any favours. While sweet chilli sauce may complement wedges and sour cream quite well, it is a condiment that’s more traditionally associated with asian foods and it took away from the authenticity of the Mexican food. Both dishes would have been better without any sauce at all (they already had guacamole and sour cream), alternatively either fresh chopped jalepenos or some homemade salsa would have been amazing. The coffee wasn’t bad but we were too full to try a smoothie or a shake. I guess we’ll have to come back again!
