Not impressed. Possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Ever. We went on a Friday night with a group of about 15 for a Birthday dinner. Walked in to a cold, open room that had less atmosphere than a hospital. The waiter took drink orders for half of the table and then left, returned 10-15 mins later to take the rest. He then took our meal orders, and took everyone’s orders except for 3 of ours. No one returned to the table for around 15 minutes, we told 2 of the drink staff that 3 of us were still waiting to order, still no waiter. Eventually he returned with his notepad and said ‘who hasn’t ordered?’. Our food then appeared on the table in random order. There was at least 60 mins between the first plate landing on the table, and the last. One poor guy at our table had to wait a good hour for his meal, the biggest problem being that he spent that hour watching different members of our party sporadically being served their meal. The waiter had no idea who ordered what, and said things such as ‘I don’t know who ordered this’. At least one meal was returned for being incorrect. Eventually the bill came out and a number of meals were missing, not sure if this was because they knew how bad their customer service was, or if the waiter just stuffed it up (again). The general consensus was that the food was really average. A very odd experience overall, which was disappointing considering the potential the place has. I won’t be returning.

Worst experience on the Coast.. As far as Brazilian goes, this is absolutely sub-standard. Poor quality ‘freezer bag’ food, incapable wait-staff and the atmosphere of a hospital at Christmas time.For a restaurant so close to the water, you would think that they would serve fresh seafood. You would be wrong. If seafood isn’t a Brazilian specialty, don’t put it on the menu.
BIt disappointing, went On a Friday night on our last night of holidays expecting to see dancers etc, no entertainment that night due to numbers. Kids were disappointed An awful lot of meat – great for meat lovers I guess.
Cool bananas @ Coco Banana. Who would have picked The Entrance to have such a great place for Moqueqa and Fish Baiana! We had a great time here and found the entertainment to be great fun! Well recommended!
Great night to say the least!. Great night out at the Coco Banana, the bountiful food, live belly dancers really set it apart above and beyond the other places. Can not fault the place, truly great, will come again soon with friends.
