Love it!. This place was one of the best restaurants my partner and I have been to. The atmosphere was great, very family friendly and the view was fantastic! The food was amazing! We shared the antipasto platter which had a fantastic selection of different quality cured meats, cheeses and olives, and the bread was a garlic pizza! For main I had stuffed chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto on smashed potatoes, and my partner had a fillet steak. For dessert I had the chocolate cannoli and my partner had the creme brulee. All the meals were so good. And the service was amazing! The wait staff were prompt with our drinks and food and always smiling. Overall a fantastic experience, one that I will be having again. I would 100% recommend this to others!
Small portions & miserable staff.. The food was nice, but there wasn’t much of it for the price. Our waitress was useless and miserable. Waited ten minutes after asking for the menu.
Interstate Visitor. Shame that the night started on a beautiful note with lovely breads, but the waitress was asking the kitchen where our meal was at least 1.5 hours later. Such a shame when the meals were nice, a long wait and the service was lousy. The restaurant manager was rude and we didn’t even want dessert.
Highlight for the Entrance. We visited twice over the Easter long weekend – position was fantastic and the food delicious. The only negative was the unhappy staff….
FANTASTIC!!!!. The families favourite restaurant! Amazing view right on the water and food to die for! Always an enjoyable experience and deserts to match! Cant wait for our next visit!
Yum!. I have been to The Italian twice now- once for dinner and once for lunch…. it is brilliant! I cant believe the bad reviewson here as we have had wonderful times there and the food has been so good!! The staff were also friendly-the view stunning- and the overall atmosphere lovely. Please do give it a try.
