To start off we had the MASSIVE 24oz margaritas which were everything i was hoping for.The food followed which was chicken quesadilla alongside with some fish tacos. Food took a moderate time to arrive but was extremely filling and yummy. cant wait to go again for the lovely tex-mex environment

Located within the Argyle building in the Rocks is the Spanish restaurant and bar, El Camino. Famous for their large margarita towers and bottomless brunches (that we learnt have since been discontinued), El Camino is a great little find for a lunch for a bigger group in my opinion. Walking in you downt even realise how large the space actually is. The restaurant itself has a very warm color palette, with terracotta tones, and warm tiles adoring the walls. Walking in however I did find a little bit cold, perhaps because of how empty we found the place at 11:30am – yup trust me to show up to a bar that early! Nonetheless as the place started to fill up with the lunch time rush coming through, I could really feel the nice warmth of the place and I could really imagine how fun it would be in the evening.

Average food and drinks but good ambiance to an interesting song list, which if nothing does start some conversations. I had the prawn and barramundi tacos, and the tortilla did not feel very fresh and was too hard in texture. The frozen mango margarita tasted weirdly smoky. Would recommend go light on the food and space out the drinks to maximise the experience.

Mmmmm… Im not really a big fan of Mexican food but this place was pretty tasty. Came here for a staff party a while back and the food was pretty tasty and margaritas were delicious! Id highly recommend having a margarita here. The restaurant/bar also has a great ambience – definitely a place to catch up with a group of friends.
