The Dining Room Park Hyatt is a situated at The Rocks. The restaurant serves great food and has a great view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
Park Hyatts Dining Room has the most spectacular dining views in Sydneytown. And equally matched delectable food, scallops were juicy and served with saffron and chorizo pearl cous cous, the spiced broth added a punch of flavour. Oysters were served fresh with shallot and red wine mignonette. The dining room is the perfect spot for special occasions and the festive season.
This place never disappoints me. Weve been here a couple of times and just took parents there for mums birthday this weekend. Staff are very friendly and food very fresh and delicious, most importantly the view is very nice overlooking at the harbour and Opera House. We will come back again.
