You cant stop admiring the awesome view of the high rises and the harbour bridge from this restaurant while enjoying some good food. I went with the King salmon, dashi broth and mushrooms for the mains and it just tasted great. The Dashi broth adds a unique tinge to the dish while the mushrooms give the flavours. An excellent dish overall and well presented. I found the beer collection limited and stuck to the Ashai since there was this dashi broth in the main dish (Dashi broth is the base for the miso soup) and I got it right. Try this beer if you are going with the Salmon dish.
