Exactly what I expect from a bistro. We ordered half a dozen Kilpatrick oysters and braised lamb shank. The food came out in a timely manner, well presented and tasty. I would be happy to eat here again.
After finally receiving my meal 30 minutes after ordering my chicken came out completely cold with the burger I ordered and had to send it back and wait an additional 15 minutes for my meal. In total 45 minute wait for a burger and chips is crazy.
Staff were friendly and service was great. However this didn’t make up for the standard of food. Have eaten at many pub meals and I must say the good was far from excellent. Was quite disappointed.
