  VERY POOR!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! Restaurant not half full mid morning on Easter weekend. 5 adults and infant. Table arranged by friendly young waitress, she took our coffee order. Another waitress(far less friendly) arrives 10 minutes later with some piece of technology, ‘confirms’ our order. Coffees arrive some time later. We say we are ready to order, grumpy waitress says to go and order at counter. The owner says we will be with you soon(at the table!) to take your order!!! When order made, told food would be at least half an hour as we ‘like to get everything perfect’. I repeat the place was not busy by any means! We said thanks went and paid for our coffee(which was very btw)did that, and as we were leaving ‘miss grumpy’ calls after us to stop us, someone else on staff had to tell her that we had paid.ITS EASTER PEOPLE! PUT ON EXTRA STAFF!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!

  Great coffee and service cannot wait to eat the food. Easy local and perfectly brewed coffee by a master – breakfast – lunch & juice Nice style

  Andrea manning. Melbourne feel this place is great.Serving coffee as it should be ! The barista was very welcoming and informed creating our coffee perfectly.Henna offered a fresh and clean breakfast menu we had the in house fresh baked flat bread with organic scrambled eggs served with a side of Middle Eastern style yoghurt lubneh and Sicilian olives what a delight.Great job guys the best on the northern rivers.   Coffee made by a genuine barista. Great care taken to make us feel welcome, well worth the trip to Pottsville. If you like Canteen in Burleigh you’ll be equally happy with Henna.
