– Not many choices from the menu, won’t be able to find your beloved beef special with tendons and tripes here, just beef and that’s it. (It’s a food court outlet anyway)- nevertheless service was friendly and quick, the broth was clear and the noodles were not too soft. Not enough herbs for me personally, and maybe they can serve the lemon with the sauce instead of chucking it into the bowl.
Ordered the beef pho for eating in, soup wasn’t hot, beef was not tender and was in irregular shapes of shreds, bits & pieces. Didn’t have enough noodles in it, and some much softer noodles were found at the bottom as I ate, which did make me feel weird as if I was eating some leftovers. Not a pleasant experience and I was no where near full, this price can buy a larger portion at some nearby pho restaurants in the city.
Honest, I can’t give more than 2 stars.Food that I’ve ordered just pretty boring, lack on seasoning but for sure chicken marination was enough to get by.I’ve order salad with bbq chicken, I couldn’t even finished the whole salad.Chicken pho also pretty blend!Spring roll was ok, can’t really complaint!Coffee on the other hand was good, but so much ice cubes and not enough coffee for my preference.
Ordered a bun (vermicelli) with crackling pork. Was a big portion, very filling, fresh and tasty, but the crackling pork skin was more chewy than crackling. Other than that, good service, and quick too, despite the lunch rush time.
It’s good food court food but comparing it to a Vietnamese noodle houses it’s middle of the pack. For the price you pay it’s a bit expensive for what you get. Still the food isn’t bad though
