It’s in the middle of a shopping centre, but surprisingly, is quite relaxing and quiet (it’s on the top level). The coffee is good, but not as good as the Black Forest cake – that’s was moist, creamy, chocolatey but not overly sweet.
Stopped by here as it was cold outside and warmer inside the Broadway Shopping Centre. Located on the top floor. Grab a menu, order at the counter and also make payment. Take note that they only accept card if you spend a minimum of $15. They have a wide selection of chocolates, cakes, drinks as well as meals. I decided to have a Mocha With Pure Belgian Warm Chocolate. It was absolutely delicious and had a nice velvety texture (mostly due to the chocolate they probably used). Well worth a stop here if you feel like something chocolatey.
BEST MOCHA EVER!!!I honestly quit drinking mocha anywhere else. It’s so smooth and rich in chocolate!! That being said, their hot chocolate is also great <3Friendly staff and good service for sure. There’re plenty of seats too! And I love the glass roof above 🙂
We wanted a hot drink and a sweet to end the day – we shared a lemon meringue tart ($7) and a smart cookie (my fav), and each a soy mocha. The lemon meringue was delicious and the mocha was very hot chocolate-ty & creamy. The smart cookie by Byron bay cookie company was standard. Quite expensive for a sweet treat but we’ll come back.
If it’s ANYTHING ‘chocolate’, I’m attracted like a magnet! A slave of chocolates, nothing less! So when I noticed this cafe, I couldn’t help dropping in!Thankfully, they do have seating, unlike most other places in Broadway where I have to hunt for a place to sit down. I went for the Belgian iced chocolate, and boy, it packed a serious wallop! I have no words to describe how AWESOME it was! A perfect blend of chocolate, ice cream and whipped cream. The taste lingered on in my mouth for hours after I was done sucking the last drop of it! Mind-blowing!I just can’t wait to try the other items they have on offer. Highly recommended! $5 for a large cappuccino on debit card? $15 minimum. Encouraging people to buy more than they want to buy or paying exorbitant surcharges.
Best food ever!. Went for a dessert! got the best hotchoc, crounut, mocha, and a florentine we have ever had best stuff and fast friendly service! 🙂
