APPALLING!. These guys used to be ok but after my experience today I will not be back. I went in to order two hamburgers with egg, bacon and cheese. 10 minutes later I went to get my order and they had lost it, they had chucked it in the bin and I saw them pull it out! I waited another 10 minutes for them to make my order, I was assured that it was two hamburgers with egg, bacon and cheese which is what I paid for. When I got home I had been given two egg, cheese and bacon rolls with no burger or salad!!!!! Certainly not what I paid for. On a wet and rainy day I certainly was not going all the way back to the store to argue with them again over their incompetence. I spoke to the Manager over the phone (who did NOT offer a refund or credit by the way…) and made sure they were aware of how terrible their service has become. This is unacceptable anywhere, but particularly after they stuffed the order twice. The staff have no accountability for their incompetence. I used to be a very regular customer but there are plenty of other great takeaway places in Umina who will now be getting my business.

Best chicken caesar burger you will find on the coast! If not, anywhere. Love the joint.
FIsh and cheaps. This well known fish and chip shop makes arguably the best seafood in the Umina/Woy Woy area. And at great prices. Whilst the larger part of the Batty’s business is take out, there is also a laminated table area for dining in. Fish cocktails, battered fish and clean oil chips makes for a non-greasy experience. We eat here time and time again.Friendly staff always happy to please. Family friendly.
