Pies are out of this world. So many to choose from. I Will have one every time I visit the peninsula. Everything else is great too including great service and indoor/outdoor seating area.
The meat pies are probably going to be the best you get in the area. The pastry itself is pretty good – its very fresh and doesn’t leave that slimy taste in your mouth. Its about $5 a pie, a bit pricey but they’re a decent size.
Worst spinach & cheese pastries. It’s been a long time since I bought a Bremen pie, but we just bought two spinach and cheese pastries and they were the worst we’ve ever seen. Dripping in oil – so much so that they were inedible. They must be deep drying them to get them that bad. Barely any spinach and what was there was of it was tasteless. We had to throw them away.

Pies. Good pies but overpriced and incredibly grumpy owner who makes going there a miserable experience.
Get burnt with Bremens Pies. Last time on the coast 2012 and bought one of the Flaming Ron pies at around $5. Stayed last weekend and went back and price now for same pie is $9.50 EACH…for a pie,..seriously!I felt sorry for Ron when he was humiliated on the breakfast show by the presenter who munched through his mild pie but seems Ron is the one laughing at us with his prices.
Best pies around by far my favourite it their tomato and onion but there are many flavours to choose from and the staff are cheerful and helpful
