Jasmine green a disappoinment. Fifteen ladies had booked for lunch an extra five came , the staff could not handle the number ,even though the cafe had only a few other tables occupied. First we were told no tapas ,had to order of the main menu ,sounds ok. But then told kitchen couldn’t handle the number all at once ,so we’re then offered tapas at twenty five dollar a head ,what we got was not worth the money .I had taken wine so expected to pay corkage ,but ladies who bought wine there at seven dollar a glass ,were also charged corkage . Twenty odd local ladies will not be going back and we will tell others about our experience. What a shame as some of the ladies had been there before and recommended the cafe.
Pleasant surprise. We have relatives on the central coast and is always a struggle to find nice food and atmosphere. I chose this place not expecting much and we were pleasantly surprised. The environs are beautiful right next door to a kids’ park and just further down is the beach. The real winner here, however, was the food. The salmon was not overcooked and the pork skewers tender. The salads were interesting and the service OK. Even the place is funky looking. We went for Sunday lunch and we will be definitely be back.
Afternoon tea from New South Wales. Great location…..next to an excellent park for all ages… beautiful beach across the road. The most superb home made gluten free coconut, pineapple, meringue cake we have ever tasted. Delicious tapas menu…..we are heading there for dinner. Great setting, outdoor dining or air conditioned comfort inside.
Love it. Everything is great at jasmine greens…..the friendly staff,the delicious food, the music,the kid friendly atmosphere and the interior space is beautiful and so relaxing……its now our favourite place to go

Awesome tapas.. We found this place attached to the back of a kiosk next to Umina beach not expecting too much as it is a cafe during the week. We were pleasantly surprised to be served the best tapas we have had in a long time.
Stayed at the caravan park on holidays and was delighted to find this place so close! Awesome breaky for a foodie! Delicious unique dishes that use top quality ingredients! By far the best coffee in Umina beach!!
