From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. We had a taster plate of both vegetarian and meat options as our group was divided into vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Both groups walked away very satisfied. The food was exceptional. Will definitely be back
The owner needs to learn how to greet, thank and serve with a smile. The food is alright. Nothing to rave about but not bad either. However, the place lacks the pleasure of being served with a smile. The owner does not care about his customers. No smile, no greeting. Even if you thank him, he just ignores you. The word ‘welcome’ seems to be missing in his vocabulary. Running a restaurant is all about hospitality and this is very clearly missing at Dal Bukhara. The owner also needs to hire someone to answer calls. You can’t take orders over the telephone while serving customers. It’s just impolite. Make a change and you will start doing well Dal Bukhara.
