Absolutely beautiful venue. Tranquil cafe hidden amongst a lovely garden, the owners are gorgeous and there is a lot of care & thought put into the service & food. Vegan burgers are awesome. Definitely recommend for Central Coast vegans!
Really nice vegetarian cafe located at central coast! So many vegetarian and vegan options here and the deco of this cafe is unique. This is one of the few healthy cafes left at the coast.
The beautiful setting of Bamboo Buddha is what makes this an appealing and enjoyable place to meet with friends, or visit solo for a rejuvenating coffee. The gorgeous Balinese inspired outdoor seating area, filled with tropical plants, coy carp filled fishponds, and stone carvings give this place a lovely vibe. Although the menu offers many vegan/gluten free options, I find the prices a little high to eat a meal here regularly (only reason I don’t rate higher). The management has recently changed, and I think you will find the staff much more welcoming than previous reviews suggest. The art gallery/yoga studio has proved to be a little inconsistent for me to attend regular classes, but I would reconsider if that changes! I always end up there for coffee and a tranquil moment, and if I have guests I’m sure to take them there for a visit.
Very beautiful place to sit and eat but I found the food expensive for the serving sizes. Great gluten free/vegan/vegetarian options, but would suggest lowering the prices or increasing the quantity. Lovely staff and vibe.
Rude. Loved the setting but found staff, especially the manager, to be very rude. There was a foot stool at my table that I placed my legs on, the manager came up to me and told me to remove my legs off the chair. It was very abrupt and cold. The servings are quite small for such high prices. Very disappointed as I’d love to find a good vegetarian restaurant in the coast. Won’t be returning.
Good food but is lacking in a few area.. Starting with positives- the food is nice (vegetarian), nice setting, great coffee, good range of items.negative- the staff are really rude! I have been there a few times with friends and I have found all of them to be very rude and lacking customer service. I went with my toddler and was informed no high chairs..how on earth am I ment to sit in a cafe which has a huge fishpond in the middle of it with my toddler NOT strapped down? what a nightmare. Also the fishpond often stinks..which can be very off putting..a shame as it looks lovely and the fish are a great interest point. With a few changed this could be so much better.
Nice Vibe. Relaxing vibe. Will go back.
