My family and I walked into this restaurant the other day after being recommended by the locals. Did not disappoint. ABSOLUTELY LIVED UP TO ITS NAME AND REPUTATION. Service and food was immaculate. Recommended and will be coming back. I’m now a regular.

Discovered this GEM last night. My partner and I saw this while driving coming back home late from work. We saw that the restaurant was busy so we gave it a try since we havent found a nice VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT around. I was absolutely astonished with the SERVICE and FOOD. At first i thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg but the dishes all up with a glass of wine each was VERY AFFORDABLE. We will be coming back. We took a take away menu before leaving

Great Pho and noodle options but the remainder of the menu is pretty ordinary. The vietnamese pancake is no where near authentic and with proportions that are completely incorrect, also, every time I have gone there, there is something wrong with the taste of their water – yes, a simple small thing but there is something completely off about the taste of their water meaning that I always have to buy a beverage. On the upside, the service is attentive though and very friendly.I will be coming back for the pho and noodle options, but otherwise I would go elsewhere for anything else.

Excellent. I’ve been going to sapa since it opened. Never had a bad meal. Loy, the owner, is friendly as are the staff. The soft shell crab is plentiful and fresh. Can get noisy and you need to book Fridays/Saturdays.

Not sure what the hype is about. Stay home! Visited sapa with my wife November 2013. Our food came out instantly and clearly was not fresh. The sang choi bow had no flavor and the rice paper rolls were no better. What annoyed us most was the flaming seafood plate; $25 got us two prawns, some rubbery squid, 3 muscles and tinned Chinese vegetables -not even fresh mushrooms. This is absolutely appalling value, not to mention it was definitely not Vietnamese! Service was friendly but this can’t make up for terrible food. Avoid avoid avoid

Our first and last Sapa! …. Our first and last Sapa!I’ll keep it short and to the point – Vietnamese pancake, in edible!!! Burnt (I like a bit of burnt for flavor but this was burnt to the point of bitter!), soggy, flaccid and one measly prawn! If you’re not going to do it right, don’t do it at all… And $16 just for the privelage of throwing it in the bin. Not impressed.
