Would rate a 3.5/5, however do not have the option. I feel like the aesthetic of both the venue and the food lived up to the hype however did feel underwhelmed by the menu options. The prices are also slightly steep but are not unusual for the Waterloo/Redfern area. The coffee (Soy Strong Flat White) and the food did taste good.

Pretty place and quite good food. Love their ragu pasta and bacon & egg roll. The avo mash sourdough is just ok.Their coffee and hot chocs are awesome tho!
Baby is a pink toned cafe with hip hop beats setting a chill vibe. However, the food was quite pricey for the quantity of food given with each dish having suggested add ons. I had the bacon and egg roll which was simple and standard. The highlight for me was the capsicum jam rather than the pork belly which was lacking a stand out flavour. Regardless, service was excellent and cocktails were refreshing!
Headed to Baby Coffee after picking up a friend from the airport, it was one of the few cafes that open at 7am. I had the espresso pannacotta which was slightly underwhelming, the pannacotta tasted nice but there wasnt much muesli or strawberry mousse. The dish looked more like for dinner than breakfast. Croissants were ok. Friendly service theengineereats.com
