Tiny little coffee shop in Moore Park SuperCentre selling coffees, cakes and some hot foot too. Sit at some bench tables in the middle of the store and rest your tired shopping feet. You wouldn’t expect much from cafes inside a Supa Centre but this was a welcome change to the usual. It is always busy on weekdays and weekends and the staff are friendly & efficient. Coffee is solid & the menu offers a selection of food including sweets, burgers, ready made sandwiches & salads, fried chicken, fish, pies, sausage rolls, chips & wedges and several types of house made quiches or tarts. The burger was the classic, old school type served on a soft bun & chips are pretty standard. The wedges though looked good – chuncky & well seasoned. The house made quiches & tarts are delicious & was a definite surprise. Filled generously with vegetables & cheese, the sweet potato, pumpkin & ricotta tart had cubes of well cooked vegetables, spinach, generous amounts of ricotta making it creamy & moorish topped with feta & sundried tomato for that extra bite of saltiness. You can also see and taste the scallions & dill which adds a fantastic flavour and freshness. Add a freshly made juice and you can continue shopping with energy.
AWESOME little food shop. I love this place, living so close to the shopping centre we visit it all the time. Coffee is superb, food is so nice and fresh.A young owner of this shop, after speaking to him a few times as we have become regulars there and he has a wealth of experience and it shows in how he operates the shop.I highly recommend trying the calamari, premium burger, chicken burger and their home made slices. For such a small shop so much choice.
