I had got terrible pizzas from this place for the last 4 years and prob spent a few grand here as its really close to where i live. The pizzas were always tastless, sparse, dry, over priced and cold (after the 30m walk home) with absolutely no love or care put into them. This is surprising as the standards are so high in the Waterlo/Surry Hills area. I stopped going here when they charged me extra for a ham pizza as its not on their menu. Who does that? These guys! Anyway this forced me to try and now frequent all the amazing pizza places along Crown St!

So Bad I Wouldn’t Feed It To My Dog. Guy told me it would take 45 min and they were buzzing in 15 mins. Good sign? Nope. Pizza was so terrible we had two pieces and decided to throw it in the garbage. Didn’t even bother feeding it to the dog it was so awful. The veg toppings had possibly been soaked in brine? Ugh gonna go back to Crust.
Excellent pizza. Generous delicious toppings. Tasty gluten free base (only in medium size). Prompt service (pick up as it’s in walking distance from my apartment). I’ll definitely be back.
Aggressive, rude and took zero responsibility for non-delivery. The owner of this store was aggressive, rude and took zero responsibility for non-delivery of an order he knew about. He was very quick to blame Menulog, telling me that it was completely their fault. Then he tried to tell me if I wanted my pizza – I should have ordered directly from them. I told him Menulog is not a food provider but an orders platform. He is the provider of the food. Or not.I get that mistakes happen, but after a 13 hour work day and a 2 hour wait – it really isn’t how you want to be handled when you’ve already paid for something. And have had 2 types of confirmation that your order is in hand. Quite often these kind of issues are very easily resolved with an offer of a simple apology, a credit note or heavens forbid: a pizza.
PIZZARY!!!. Pizzary has the best Italian food ever, it has pizzas and patas, salads and the most tastiest deserts! It really amazes, me i love it, it’s the best in the eastern suburbs i buy from Pizzay like every day because of how delicious it is.
Decent pizzas at a reasonable price, and with a good selection to choose from. Fast, friendly and efficient delivery.
