Fresh handmade Chinese food. Excellent value for money!Seabay Kitchen is a chain of restaurants access Sydney that specializes in north western Chinese food from the Xi An region. Their new Waterloo shop did not disappoint:Fresh and fast home style Chinese food that is excellent value for money. Incredible to have a snack for $5-6 and a filling meal in Sydney for circa $11. I love that their noodles and dumplings are handmade. Service is efficient but could be more attentive.
Nice and simple menu which is just perfect for an authentic Chinese meal. I ordered the tomato and egg on rice which was delicious and nostalgic. We also ordered a wonton noodle soup which was satisfying and filling.
Really inconsistent. The noodles were chewy and clumped together badly, making it hard to eat them with anything else. The dumplings had a similar consistency and the rougamo also had a chewy bun. However, all the meat and vegetables were cooked perfectly and served in rich and spicy sauces.
