The ambiance was not bad. But the staff were not familiar with the menu. The food I have to say, it’s authentic, but not the kind of Hong Kong food I like. It more feels like plain food at average level. The curry chicken was tasty but only one dish can’t make me go there again.
Amber Room is located at Wentworth Point, not Rhodes. This place has potential to be awesome. I went there expecting some good Hong Kong style cafe food. And although the menu offered this, I felt like the flavours were lacking. With some improvements to the food by the chef, this place could be great. However it is quite pricey and not worth the money for what I ordered.
