Actual rating: 3.5We stopped at Cafe 35 for coffee only. Very convenient location right opposite the train station. For this reason, I wasn’t expecting much but the coffee was good. A bit too hot temperature wise but it didn’t taste burnt. They use Gabriel beans which have a pleasant mellow flavour.
I dropped in at 10:40 and picked a light meal from the nice menu along with a regular flat white. The young lass at the front desk was very courteous, the service excellent, the food great, the atmosphere / vibe really nice. I made little use of the complimentary wifi. While the caf is nicely located near West Ryde railway station, I checked out the eateries on Ryedale Road and I reckon it’s was the best, esp value for money.Overall, a great experience.
This is a good place to pop in for a quick bite. Their wraps are tasty and inexpensive. Haven’t tried their other items yet but hope to do so in future.
Amazing food. The chicken wrap is to die for and the chicken schnitzel is also nice….very generous and huge amount of food! Coffee is also very nice.
Amazing food and service. Big breakfast was big enough for 2 people and everything was well priced. Food used fresh ingredients and each dish had a little Lebanese flair (big breakfast came with Pitta bread and dip). Definitely pop in and try this place!
We had a delicious Breakfast Mezza at Cafe 35, one serve was more than enough for two of us to share. The mezzanine contained a lot of items including egg, shangleesh, haloumi, sojouk, labni, zaatar, olives, mint, tomato, cucumber and flatbread. So good! I have been frequenting this cafe ever since its inception .The staff is always courteous and friendly and they make you feel welcomed.They also have these quirky riddles which they change every Monday and it adds to the experience and atmosphere.Now, I have been around Ryde and Eastwood and Macquarie park and I can categorically say that Sarah , a server at this cafe is simply the best !!!Smiles , welcomes serves with heart. A true professional at this job. I hope she is recognised for her talents and an absolute asset to cafe35 .Sarah , I thank you .
