We went to have dinner here tonight and ordered two dishes a mixed grill and sweet and sour pork. The mixed grill sat on the counter for twenty minutes before we went and enquired about our order only to be told they had forgotten the sweet and sour pork. This came out 10 minutes later at which time the mixed grill had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. When I asked if I could have another mixed grill as it was cold, they initially refused then eventually agreed. An hour later still no food. We demanded our money back and went elsewhere. Very disappointed with the staff and management at the Palm Court bistro at the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club.
