Service was relatively friendly, I guess coz we went there on a busy day. We ordered chunky beef with mushroom pie, nothing special about it. Even the salad and chips that came with it tasted like those being served on cheap, quick-eat cafes. On the upside, the place looks really clean. One dining experience is enough, would definitely explore another cafe/resto when back in the area.

Don’t bother with this place- very family unfriendly!. Looks nice from the outside though stopped to have lunch with a girlfriend & toddler in tow- they made it pretty clear it’s frowned upon to have small children there. The cafe doesn’t even own a highchair. Service was pleasant but rushed. Food was also pleasant though really over priced & coffee nothing special. Attitude from staff at counter re: highchair/options for children was appalling. Don’t bother with this place.

Customer service what is that? Food- Eaten better in a 3rd world country. Apple crumble was like raw pastry with sauce. Baklava was dry and did not appear fresh. Price- Well over priced. Staff need communication training and general customer service training. Not everyone wants free food. Some people just want to give feedback so you can improve. Its the way you handle this information that makes or breaks you as a business. The way staff handled today i would not give this place a second chance. You never know who is tasting your food or who you are serving. Be your Best.

Pass on by. The displays look enticing but the taste does not match. Also prices steep compared to other places in town. The apple crumble tart for five dollars was soggy top and bottom with next to no apple. Coffee average

Meh. Agree that this place is overpriced, very nice staff though

    J. Ocker….Are you the owner lol09 Sep, 2012Avoid this place, very ordinary food at ridiculous prices. I was charged $9.50 for a roast beef sandwich that was made with poor quality meat and tip top style white bread with no garnishes at all, a standard $4.00 sandwich
