Must have. Great value fare, but the winning dish was the eggs benedict. One of the best hollendaise sauces I’ve tasted. eggs poached perfectly.

For those who like a Really good cuppa!. Brewsters is a morning ritual for us! My family has lived in the Southern Highlands for over 20years and tried them all and Brewsters coffee is definitely the best. We have also lived and traveled around Europe…hence we know a good coffee when we find one!The staff are also all super friendly the food is fresh and well priced and you may even get to chat to the owner of his interesting stories in his fantastic photography which is displayed in the cafe.The best things also is that its consistently good. We have yet to be disapointed.All in all you have got to go…..
