This place is temporarily closed. Set in the original historic Georgian Inn c.1827, the Briars Restaurant and Bar has a true country atmosphere and remains a favourite haunt for locals with its intimate bars and contemporary food. Dine on the terrace or on a cool Highland evening, embrace the warmth of the Inns many open fires with family or friends. The seasonal menu has something for everyone light meals, seafood and of course our famous steaks, all accompanied by an array of fresh local produce, salads and sides. The Briars Inn is renowned for our cook your own steak with a variety of prime aged beef cuts for your choosing. Our bar serves a broad range of classic and new artisan beers, including our popular English ale, Old Speckled Hen, and Irish dry stout, Guinness.
