We booked a table during the week for Friday night but when we arrived the receptionist claimed that we had no reservation. We were then seated in an unheated area (this is bowral in winter) and we felt as if we were shunned from the other diners. We then asked to see the manager and basically told her that we would like to be seated in the restaurant area among the others. After all this we basically had dressed up pub food (think Mexican burritos) but paid the restaurant price for it. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
Visited this wonderful restaurant and hands down can say its become one of my favourites already. Food was of an exceptional delicious standard and service was second to non! Would recommend it to all. Great food. Lots of local produce – food and wine, good to see. Loved the tunnel mushrooms on brioche with truffle infused egg! Waiting for the next course :).
We had a degustation there and it was the worst degustation we have ever had. Will not be going back
