I ordered the monthly special – Raclarette cheese burger with chips. The burger was packed with ingredients and the chips are hot and crispy. The patty was cooked through, but it was still juicy and well seasoned. It was a very filling dinner, good value for money.
Crispy fried buttermilk chicken burger with winston slaw, chilli aioli. The Winsto holds some pretty cool food events – Back in March I attended the mountain goat beer dinner. All the plates dished out match well, especially the Pan seared sea scallop with sweet corn pure, crispy prosciutto and lemon butter. Glad to call this place my local !
Very comfortable laid back modern pub. Food is pricier than most pubs but quality also better. Chicken parmigiana was quite a nice thick piece of chicken. $25. Mussels were $30. Came with fries and bread. A good option for casual lunch with friends and family.
In an area where there are not enough places for a long lunch, The Winston is a much needed location. Mussels and Pulled Pork are the staples, but the menu covers all tastes. Relaxed environment and friendly staff; The Winston is a welcome local regular.
A good environment to catch up with friends ! It’s a classy pub, with good food. I have eaten here many times and have tried many of the different foods on the menu. Ive enjoyed all of them and always ring my friends here !
Large suburban pub. Large modern dining room with many options of pub cuisine available. It’s pub service, so order and collect at the counter. Our food was all good although half the meals came 20 mins after the others. It was a perfect spot to meet relatives with plenty of room and no pressure to leave the table. My lamb shank pie was very nice
Stopped by for a late Friday night dinner. Loved the dim and cosy ambience. I would recommend from the oven chicken breast stuffed with bocconcini, sun-dried tomato, basil served with mash, sauted spinach and creamy mustard mushroom sauce
