I recently visited Meat, Greet & Sweet and I was overly impressed with the food, service, atmosphere and location. Expect to be welcomed by warm, helpful staff that will go above and beyond. There are a lot of options at Meat, Greet and Sweet and I was surprised by the generous portions. Drinks, entrees, mains and desserts were all prepared in a timely manner and the food presentation was impressive. You must try the mixed dips entree (hummus, baba ganoush and labneh), the mixed plate, pizza and kanafeh. Finally, there is a restaurant like THIS in Wolli Creek!
Lover of this place and come here often for breakfast and dinner. Im not usually a fan of tabbouleh however this place makes the most tasty version. Highly recommend their chai latte, plates, fattoush salad and fried cauliflower. They also have a good selection of different desserts.Service is top notch, happy staff, happy customers. Always welcome you with a smile and are attentive.
Good food, but portions are a bit small if you’ve been spoiled by the likes of any other Lebanese restaurants in Sydney (which are too large servings in the first place).Value is reasonable, particularly in this area and as the place does everything (and most everything well), including ‘fun (alcoholic) drinks’, coffee and baked goods and desserts.Service was lovely. Dunno if this was because we were able to speak the language but waitstaff seemed genuinely warm, alert and oriented.Ambience is great. Good for any occasion, for any number of patrons; we were lucky to have fewer people earlier on, allowing for good convos.Would recommend giving Meat, Greet and Sweet a go without reservation.
Make sure you bring your appetite with you to this fabulous local restaurant. The service is friendly and prompt. The cocktails are fun! And the food is really out of this world. The cauliflower entree is sublime and not to be missed. The shared meat plate with dips is perfect to share, as long as everyone has garlic dip! And we shared a chocolate fudge brownie with fairy floss – OMG – words fail me! Definitely a regular for us now.
Authentic Lebanese food…We came after the kitchen was closed, but the owner was so nice that he reopened the kitchen and prepared our food which was amazing! Highly recommend
Fantastic service, amazing food. Our waiter greeted us with a smile; service as quick and the food was so delicious. Great value for money. Took my picky family here and everyone left full and satisfied. Definitely a win.
Excellent food and thoroughly recommended. I had a barramundi fish ‘n’ chips which had great tasting fresh fish. Everyone in my group was also praising of this place. What was most surprising was the very high quality of the coffee. Didn’t expect such good coffee in this area of Sydney being the coffee snob that I am 🙂
