The brekky and lunch menus are pretty uncomplicated, so the service is quick. Great value for money, unpretentious eclectic decor and, as someone else said, Fireworks is tucked up a side street, far away from the beach crowds. Add to that, The Cruel Sea was gently humming out of the speakers, and this was a very fine place to be indeed

Cute, funky little place, nice food made with love and care. Didn’t try the desserts, but they looked good. Lots of gluten free options. Avoid the bogans on the beach and come here.

Such a cute little cafe tucked away in a side street away from the Main Street in Austinmer! Food was delicious, had a great Vietnamese chicken noodle salad, it was a light, fresh salad full of flavour… Yum! The sweet treats were great as well! fortheloveoftravelandfoodblog.wordpress.com

Edgy blackboard menu.. Today I had the Vietnamese chicken noodle salad with a delightful lime spiced dressing .. Generous serve with greens including sugar snap peas ..$18.. Latte was sadly barely warm and very mild taste ..service was fast .. It’s an old butcher’s shop but that adds to the quirky appeal off the main highway in a quiet tree lined street.. I could live in Austinmer!!
